If the name of the organization has been changed, a fresh Certificate of Incorporation (COI) would have been issued by the ROC. The intimation of the change in name has to be given to the authorities by way of a letter attaching the copy of the fresh COI so that they can update their records with the new name and the codes/ registration numbers would remain same.
If the name has not been changed, there is no need to take any action as there is only a change in shareholding and does not affect the registration with the PF & ESI authorities.
Thanks & Regards,
