Hi Leena, Your presentation is good. However, may I suggest that you add something more on the various career paths and options as well to make it more effective and complete?

Hi Leena,
The presentation is very useful. But I suggest you to remove your company's logo and its format in the presentation before posting it in a Community Forum, as I too belong to your company.

Dear Leena,
You have done a fabulous job in desigining a presentation in very simple way which otherwise would have been a complicated topic.Since your study shows that the career plan which yoy have designed is based on competency, in my opinion i feel that you should also give some examples so that the people who are viewing them understand faster.eg. a Engineering/Office Trainee joining the company over a period of time possessing/gets developed in appropriate behavioural & technical competencies, what will be his journey from entry level till the top ladder.(something of this sort.).
