I m working in a newly started IT company which specialises in web based projects majorly in PHP. Can any one help me with the salary part....like ....what is the normal salary given to a candidate in a company similar to us. a candidate having one or two year experience?
Normally, the salary structusre (basic,hra, & ctc and size of the company) depends upon the cost of living and metors. However, when it comes to Hyderabad, we pay 6000 CTC for the Trainee Prorgramers (freshers) and for PHP programmer wtih 2+ we will offer 15k intial CTC and 3 months woudl be progation period. And After 12 months he is eligible for hike upto 18-20 k pm.
