Dear All
I had submitted my PF withdrawal form to the compnay where i was working previously on 23.06.09. So far i have not got any update either from company nor from PF office.
I have checked Claim status in EPFO website. There is not information about my PF no. on it.
Kindly guide me

Dear Rasheed
just chekout with ur employer that when they have submitted the forms to PF office,and then it will take minimum 45 days to process in PF office. Mean while u may check the status from ur PF Office.

Hi
I had mailed to company for the status. They have replied saying they have submitted pf withdrawal form to PF office on 25.07.09. In the mean time i had also mailed to PF office but they have replied saying they have not received the form
How to get it done.

Hi Rasheed,
For example if your date of leaving from ur company is 1st june'09 and if ur your full and final payment is also received on the same day , after 2months only ur are eligible to apply for PF withdrawal form .
From date of submission of PF withdrawal form it takes 45 days to get ur amt into ur account.
If iam wrong pls any one suggest.

Hi Shwetha!
U R absolutely rite, Once a person relieves from his/her duties he/she has to wait for minimum of 60 days to submit the PF forms.
After submission it takes minimum of 30 days to the PF department to dispose our funds. But now a days it is not happening they are taking even 3months to clear the funds.

Ask the company person regarding the acknowledgement of the PF submission. Tell them as still PF amount is not been crediting & the PF department is asking for the acknowledgement letter. So the company persons has to give the same.

Hi
I had received mail from our HR saying PF form is been submitted to PF office on 25.07.09. In the mean time i had also enquired with PF office where in they have mailed saying they have not recd the said PF form.
Now after enquiring from our Head Office they have mailed saying PF form is submitted on 23.09.09.
In such situation can we complain against company for giving wrong information.
Who is responsible for the delay, who is compensate the loss, as the amount is very much required for doing some course.

Hi ,
I Had Submitted PF withdrawal form to PF office on 04.03.10. the strange thing is that i got my pension amount (8.33% share ) but my pf + employer share (12+3.67%) cheque is dishoner. kindly advise what should i do ?
