| TDS on PF withdrawal Can I consider the PF tax liability as Current year Liability and if the same is NIL does the trust still have to deduct tax based on previous years taxability.
As than I have to wait for a year to claim the money back from IT department when I file my return for 2009-10.
Is there a eaier way?
Please advice..I have now migrated abroad and no more employeed in India |
