Dear all HR colleagues,

I am now working in the Chemical trading company and have been assigned for the Competency project.

Now, we come to the step of finding the Functional Competencies and I need your assistance to share me the Functional Cometencies list in any Job category i.e. Commercial (Sales), Logistics, Finance&Accounting, Administration etc.
