Overtime (esi and pf applicable or not)

Dear,

Please tell me some deduction detail.

My employees working 12 HRS every day and I have Paid 4 HRS Overtime and deduct the ESI 1.75% On O.T but I don’t deduct the PF 12% on O.T. Please tell me I am applicable to deduct the PF on O.T or not.

PF cannot be deducted on overtime allowances.
