Effective Salary Structure
Hi,

I Am working with production unit. I have not suitable salary structure, amny employee suggest me for effective salary structure so that they can pay less TDS or tax liablities. pls. share with me.

Salary structure should be in favour of employee
and employeer

Hi Thakur,

You can maker gross with Basic (35-60 % of CTC) ,HRA (max. up to 60% of Basic) & Transport allowance (up to 800/-) and rest of the amount you can putit into reimbursement part like - Conveyance, Medical, LTA, Uniform, Telephone, Books & Periodicals, Intertainment, and much more heads are availabe which not attract Any tax part up to a certain limit, now you can also take liberty of FBT, bcz now a days FBT has been withdrawn
