I am a PhD in OD. Try out some emerging areas such as hris, hr audit, hr score card or change management. or something related to new concepts in hr such as managing off site employees etc.

Hi Suryakanth,
I am also a person planning to do PhD in HR/management related area. I have industry experience of five years and currently working as a lecturer for MCA. I am looking for a guide in this area as guide will be the core for the entire PhD course. Can you please refer anyone (in bangalore) who can be a guide in the management area ?
