I just wanted to introduce everyone on this forum to a new method of recruiting using video. This new company is completely different than video conferencing or anything else currently on the market. Flashvue Video Recruiting is a new patent pending technology that uses video profiles and interviews as well as a network of kiosks nationwide to make the entire recruiting process more efficient. Welcome to the board...

The link you gave is an excellent one.... I had been working with an HR recruitment consultant and had a major problem in sortlisting the resumes we received as we didn't have the softskills appraisal / evaluation of the candidates who used to send their CV's via E-mail or through our website.

I think that this is really revelutionary system that http://www.flashvue.com./ has come up with....

Lets hope, that players such as Naukri.com and Monster.com starts providing similar services for India also.....

I agree absolutely. The demo on the site is crisp, clear and easy to use.
