I joined the post just now, & I really appreciate the efforts we are taking in recognizing Employee engagement activities. While it may not be possible to conduct all the activities mentioned in the ppt, but we should take the efforts to conduct most of them. I am of the opinion that most of the time, due to regular HR jobs, Employee Engagement remains at the back burner and we end up not having any such activity. I wish to ask do we need to have a separate manpower in HR, specifically involved in EE 7 conducting other such activites from time to time. Pls. suggest
