schools under CL / SL

i m working with a school which recnetly covered under EPF Act (more then 19 employees ) i want to know that can schools are treated under Factory Act's norms casual leave and sick leave.? Should we maintain the registers of CL and SLs of our employees. Second thing is what salary structure follows in schools as compare with minium wages ( unskilled, semi-skilled etc).

It is hereby clarified that Schools are not treated under Factory Act's norms for grant of casual & sick leaves. CL & SL are not given under this Act. Regarding the latest minimum wages for school employees you may approach your area labour office or you may visit the office of Deputy Labour Commissioner situated at sector 15A, Faridabad (Old ADC Office) opposite Telephone Exchange.
