Fairly good try! However, I don't think that HR job is gender-biased. Any gender with requisite competency & skills could do this job. Some people consider HR job as compliance; like, leave, compensation, admin, appraisal, statutory & legal, discipline etc. but the real challenge is understanding the nuances of the organisational goal and aligning the HR resources to it, turning the entire gamut of activities into enhancing the productivity resulting into higher profibility of the organisation. HR person should possess the quality of understanding the human nature & must empathise. He or she must be able to connect with people of the organisation; and try to make them passionate about the growth of the organisation.
