(1.)Induction is basically a training given to the employees of the company. It includes information about company, information about company's work, information about job profile of employee. So, for this you have to make a kind of presentation which cover each and every information about you company. It can be of one day two day or can be of week also depends how big your organization is.
(2.)Joining Formalities:- It includes all documents related to employees like: -
• Relieving Certificate from last Employer
• Copy of Birth Certificate/ School leaving Certificate
• Academic & professional Certificates
• 3 Recent Passport size colour photographs
• Last pay slip drawn
• Electricity or telephone bill
• Appointment letter accepted and signed by you
• Proof of identity (Passport, driving license, voter’s ID card)
These documents should be photocopied and signed by the candidate himself. Rest all depends upon on what strategies your company works.

We don't keep any floorgames in our company. But we do plan & arrange for a PLAN COMMUNICATION DAY (PCD) i.e., annual gathering where in the management communicates the annual year plan, achievemnts of the last financial year and after that have some fun.....................
So, as your compnay's sterngth is about 30; you can plan for the above if your management wishes to do so.
