Harshal,
Amazing, the management topics that we study in B Schools today was written more than 1000 yrs back. We are very poor at marketing this to the world. Because what the world thinks about management today we Indians have already worked on it 1000 yrs ago. It is very unfortunate that we have all the knowledge but do not use it.
Cheers,

Hi Harshal, your post on the Kautilya's Arthashastra is in essence what is needed for the corporates today . Amazing to note that even as early as 3rd BC our country had the knoweldge on topics/subjects that are currently popular worldwide. Indeed Incredible India ! Thanks for sharing.

Very interesting. Really we have all management principles in our ancient scripts. We only know when others tell us. There is lot of Management, Personality Development, and success management in our all epics, Sumathi, Bhaskara, and vemana satakam also. Recently we have seen a post Management in Mahabharata. Now it is time all of us have to relook into what is there for searching what is not there. Thanks for the posting.

Hi, very nice PPT. Like kautilyas artha sastra our ancient books like Mahabharata, Bhagavadgita etc... are rich source for Management and personality development techniques. Pitiable thing is we, Indians, are not learining from these rich sources of knowledge. When we receive the same contents through western personality development/managemnt books opening our eyes.
