Hi all i am in the preparation of a training module for the freshers or final year students of be/btech or any other engineering who want to get a job in the manufacturing industry. i need some input from hr officials 1. what quality they look at or search for in the freshers? 2. what kind of knowledge they expect from freshers? 3. which subject or topics you suggest to train them for getting a job? 4. which specific skill they will prefer to have in freshers? detailed answers will help me to help these freshers who sicking the jobs.
How to train freshers for more professionalism?
Hi all... i am working in a startup company with 30 employeesmostly freshers. i have done induction program for freshers and also have taken sessions on email etiquette etc. but the management wants me to take a mentor/trainer role for bringing more professionalism among the freshers. i joined the company as a fresher and i was not given any training. since i am the only hr in the company i have no one to help in this. please give me guidance in which all areas i should focus if possible thanks.

Why the jobs are not given to freshers.....
Hello everyone i really wanted to make focus of companies recruiters on freshers that why they are not giving a chance to freshers. if they will not provide any opportunity to freshers than how could they be able to gain experience. might be they are losing any talented candidate which can help their company to give his best to grow. i myself is a fresher who had pursued mba with specialisation in hr and is really disappointed of the upcoming vacancies where companies are looking for experienced candidates but i want to say to just give a chance to prove themselves.
