We have got 3 casual labour in our factory. We want know whether PF & ESI to be deducted for casual labour or what is the procedure for giving ESI or whether their name to be added in muster role. As per labour law

Dear Anjana,
PF & ESI will also be deducted for casual Employees ,if they are under the specified criteria given under ESI & EPF Act.
You can add their names to Muster roll as muster role is a record of your employed labours and it is no where mentioned that you can't add them in your muster roll.
