Pf contibution of employer
Hi friends please let me know the details in process of salary breakup. acc to law min 12 of pf should be contributed by employer as well as the employee. in payslip 12 deduction from the employee only is reflected. a where will the employer contribution go? b how much should be deposited in the pf account of an employee? c whether 12 employee contribution & 12 employer contribution totally 24 should be deposited in the pf account? kindly help me with this. thanks in advance. regards arunstalin.k arunstalingmail.com :icon10:
Pf applicable if employee transfer to abroad
Dear seniorsplease clear the legal status regarding pf: if an employee working in an establishment from last 2 months and his pf is being deducted from his salary and deposited in india. after two months he has posted in abroad and getting salary from that unit which is in abroad; what will be the status of that employee in india ? is it mandatory to deduct pf and deposited in india ? pf should be deducted and deposited in india or not ? is pf shall be dedudcted in abroad ?kindly advise in the matter.with best regardsl.c. pal

Can anybody help me out of this. i have started working in a startup having some confusion on pf deductions after checking my pf pasbook in uan accunt. this was my employer pf deduction & deposit in pf account may 1581 deducted: 427 deposited june 1837 deducted: 495 deposited july 2042 deducted: 550 deposited august 2042 deducted: 550 deposited each month around 27 of the deduction is been added to my pf account. is this a rule? or they are cheating with me?? please help what to do in this case. thankyou
Pf deposited under a trust and they cannot disclose the amount?
I work in an private organisation having pf and uan no. under west bengal kolkata headoffice. as per the rule of pf i am not getting any updates or sms of what is the deposited in the pf and pension account but i am not getting any alert. on enquiry with pf customer care they told me that this pf no. deposited under a trust and we cannot disclose the amount and cannot help you regarding this matter. and the company hr is also not helping in this matter. i suspect something is wrong and not going well. can someone help me explaining this.
Pf not deposited
Dear seniors i m apoorva sharma working in a real estate company as an hr executive. my company was established in dec 2012. i had joined at 2 january 2013. company has deduct pf every month pf is fixed for every employee that is 1560 company has deposited only first 3 month pf in pf office else money has been deducted but not deposited. what we employees can do. kindly guide me so that i can help myself as well as my colleagues. kindly revert me as soon as possible. my email id apoorvasharma.sharma17gmail.com regards apoorva sharma
Reg pf contribution limit
Hello seniors we are doing pf deductions to the only those whose salary is less than 6500/. employer and employee equally contribute the pf. but those who are above 6500/ for them employer not contributing any amount and the employee will have their interest to contribute the pf voluntary from his/her salary. if interested entire 24 will be deducted from their salary itself. in this situation i am getting different opinions from so many people. hence i request you to kindly give your suggestion whether we are doing correct or wrong in view of employer what has to be contributed and what are all the obligations it has towards each employee of any salary range towards pf contribution. thanks in advance.. sandhya.
