| Salary with held Dear Seniors,
I would like to ask for your suggetion regarding a mal practice by my company[pvt. ltd]. They are in a habit of with helding the salary of employees if they feel the performance is not up to the level. They don't issue a warning letter to the employee concerned but directly stops his salary. When asked they gice a vague reason of non performance which has no logic behind. Being an Hr I feel very disgusted about this and want to do something for the employee. This is a cute mention torture which the employees are going through every month. Kindly help me if there is anything that can be done.
