i want to know that if an employee go on leave before a day of F.Holiday and come after two days of the same holiday,Can be deduct the festival holiday legelly or not??????????? as per Act Please.

First decide under which of the Act you are providing this holiday.In my opinion Festival holidays provisions are there in the following two laws i.e.
1. State Industrial Establishment (National & Festival Holidays & Casual & Sick Leaves ) Act.
2.State Shops & Commercial Establishment Act.
Therefore, first decide the applicability of the Act & thereafter go through the provision relating to eligibility & grant of Festival Holidays for your unit.
