Dear Sir/Madam,

I recently got a an advertisement regarding a job opening in one of the central govt organization, but i was unable to understand their pay scale, it was mentioned as 9600-27000(IDA), what does this mean, and what will be my take home after adding and deducting all the values.

Please please help me understand this, i am planning to apply for this job.

Dear Niranjanjee,
In government organisation, not only government organisation , every where have having the pay scale,
The pay scale are divided in grade wise like skiiled semiskilled ,and un skilled in private company
In big organisation has having garde means executive leval, manager level, grade
In ur advertisement mention 9600-27000, means that his starting grade minimum is rs 9600, and maximum 27000/ according his salary slab.
Thanks

There will be min emoluments mentioned beside that pay scale and that will be your take home...if it is not mentioned then add up the DA TA and other allowances
