Dear Jousua! Excellent posting. But requires some corrections. Plz don't mind on pointing the errors. 1) If employees gross salary exceeds 10000/- then there should not be ESI deduction. 2) If total of Basic+DA+HRA+Other Allowances comes to 15000 then how can the pay will be 10099/-? 3) More over the net pay should not be more than net pay.
