Hi seniors,
I understand that there have been many posts regarding PF applicability for organisation. The recent amendment according to which any organisation with 10 or more employees comes under PF, our organisation employs 14 people and none of them come under the 6500 bracket.
Could you please suggest still should we go ahead with registering into PF.
