If you are already here, and if you all legalised papers regading your divorce with you, and if your current salary falls within the sponsorship criteria of sponsorship as a sponsored employee, you may be able to sponsor. If you are not here, you may have to first get a job, with all the above details and then legalise your residency status and then apply for your child's sponsorship. More clear answer depend upon your present presence - i.e. in UAE or out of UAE.
