Hello Nupur

This is a query of legal in nature. You need to consult people with legal background. Still logically i dont think you would face any issues if you are producing your divorce papers and you have the proof of custody of child.

Still I will consult some lawyer and get back to you on this

Cheers

Dear Nupur

It is Ramadan Month which means shorter working hours. Maybe thats the reason why you arent getting expected responses.

Cheers

Hello, there are two aspects to this query. Whether you are currently here or whether you are looking for a new job with employment visa along with a visa for your child. If you are already here, and if you all legalised papers regading your divorce with you, and if your current salary falls within the sponsorship criteria of sponsorship as a sponsored employee, you may be able to sponsor. If you are not here, you may have to first get a job, with all the above details and then legalise your residency status and then apply for your child's sponsorship. More clear answer depend upon your present presence - i.e. in UAE or out of UAE.

Ramadan greetings to all friends.

Presently i am working in India and looking for a job in UAE along with my and the child's visa. I have all the legal papers of divorce and the legal papers of the custody of the child as well. Now kindly let me know can i get a job in UAE . Do i still have to take permission from Ex- Hubby.

Your reply makes things easier. You do not need to take permission of your ex-hubby for visa processing if you have legalised papers of custody. But, the first and foremost task is to get a job with a meaningful salary for sponsoring and your child. Try your best, look for opportunities and good luck. You may post your resume here too.
