Researchers say that 'Emotional intelligence' is important to success. I want to know that 1. How to calculate Emotional Intelligence of a person? 2. What level of Emotional Intelligence is required and sufficient for Success? 3. How to get this level of Emotional Intelligence for Success? 4. How to apply our Emotional Intelligence for Success.
Firends, please help. As I am the student of education and knowledge about Success, I am serachnig, collecting and applyin to my life this education and knowledge about Success. All the answers to your question is in this book called as " Working with emotional Intelligence " by Daniel Coleman. I have started reading it recently and is an excellent book.
Only one answer that is unknown to me is how to calculate emotional intelligence f a person. I am in teh processof designing a Test on Emotional Intelligence for my organisation.The book the really helpful.
