Dear Friends,

As a beggner in the field of HR, they should know the legal frames of the CHARGE - SHEET. Here is the fundamental guidances how to prepare the Charge-Sheet in the attatchment file (pdf.file). If may useful for every one.

NOTE: The attatchment is only guidlines for the preparation of the charge sheet. The charge sheet is case to case is different. But the fundamentals are common.

Note 1: Some are comenting the file is not opening. So here is one more pdf file which contains various IR related matters. The same has already posted in this site.
