Help me plan my career in HR

Dear Friends,

I have completed MBA [distance learning] from ICFAI.
I have 1.5 yrs of experience in recruitments.
Last year I left my job to complete my course as I was not able to complete it along with my job.
I am done with my course. I want to continue working but now I do not wish to work in recruitments.
Could you kindly suggest me how I should plan my career in HR, and what are the various openings in HR where I can apply.

But sorry to say even after 18 views nobody wants to reply on this seems discouraging.

actually i am trying for the same. but do you think without experience I can get into this in the current market.
