Hi Sagar,

Thanks for sharing a good presentation with us.

It is very informative.

But 1thing that I noticed that the presentation is not any organization/industry specific.
In my opinion, these kind of things like talent management vary from industry to industry.
for exapmle, if it is a manufacturing industry, then the talent management will be slightly different as compared with any service industy.

so you have to take care of that , if you are going to present it in your office or somewhere else.
