If an infant is born like that it would be mistake of parents...... they would have taken drugs . or they would hav not taken care of their health.. what child has done ? so sad they struggle for whole life !!

I Posted this sometime back in this Forum .... But Thanks, for posting it again ... Such Posts should be passed on I feel ... To awaken everyone from this dreadful thing going on!! It is really Ghastly !!
And the most Pathetic is, the poor children do not even realize it until they face it!!!!! The Perpetrators are mostly the ones whom the children know & Trust!! It seems only around 10-15% are strangers in such detesting incidents!!!! Pathetic!! Disgraceful..Condemnable!!

Its really sick, cruel, disturbing, and pathetic. To think someone could or would put there hands on a human being or hurt a person that cant defend them-self is sad. I think it has a lot to do with the way someone is raised and if they got abused in life then they are more likely to do it to there own or neighboring kids. It is a lack of self control and anger problems that must have been built up for years.
Is there any clear cut law in India Preventing this? I think None;
