I have a querry regarding pension. my fathere is a retired employee of central gov undertaing company. he has take volantary retirement in 2005 and right now he is 58 Yrs old.
we are unable to trace out his pension
Can any one please tell me the process of getting pension.

Dear Bobby, Please approach your father’s employer & collect the details. Apply for pension to Office of the Regional PF Commissioner through the employer. Abbas.P.S

If your father was working in Central Govt Undertaking there is nothing to fear and your task becomes easier, Just file an application under RTI act to the concerned department's Public Information Officer (who is usually apex authourity), and he is definitely bound to give the details within 7 days of your application.
