OBT as an OD intervention?

Hi All,

Whether OBT can be an OD intervention? OBT has potential to change the individuals and the organization at large. Can OBT be a tool in OD intervention ket?

Hi Manish,

I would say that OBT can be an OD Intervention. There are many things that keep on happening in a Class Room Session. However OBT allows an individual to build relationship. The productivity of the team improves, it works as a moral booster and above all it awakens the inner self on an individual. It surely has proven to be a successful tool for OD.
