| Emloyee engagement techniques Hello Seniors, I am aware that a similar post has been put up recently, but its a request to pls go through this. I am working in a Software Services Co. as an HR Exe. My colleagues have not been paid for the last 2 months due to which few have resigned. Being the only HR person in my Co., I need help in retaining my colleagues. Besides, I would appreciate if I could get some assistance in activities that boost their morale. This may, for the time being, divert their attention from this factor. A medium sized- Co., we actually share a very good Co. culture and rapport with each other and the environment is very healthy. Even, my colleagues do not want to leave. It is only this one major reason for which they are resigning. Kindly suggest some activities or techniques by which I can retain them by choice. Sincere Thanks, Ashlesha |
