Should I rejoin to my previous Company?
Hi I am a software engineer . I have 3.5 experience in software. I have changed 3 companies . And working in Now 4th company. In previous company There was a contract of 1.5 years. I have completed 1.3 years only there. Mean while I have got a new opportunity in new company and also good package. So I have not taken experience letter as well as relieving letter and I have left job from third company and joined 4th company.
Current company also needs not any experience letter.

Now in current company there is no log time project so I always worry about that when project will be finished then what will be mine. So Some time I think I should go in previous company bec that is produce base company but salary is very low there.

So Please suggest me Should I go in previous copmay if possible or Should I live in the current company and do work or should I search new Job. But changing again and again so hard and challenging work. SO please suggest me. I shall be very greatfull for that.

Dear...............

past is always past. if u have potential and capability then this is time to jump anywhere. Dont waste time. In this type of case u just faith of luck. Otherwise u clarify that previous company offering u as ur satisfactory or not. By the same u just clarify this one atleast. if yes then jump otherwise look any other option
