Need help in excel format

can anybody provide me the format in excel.i already try few calculation formula built in excel but not match.please..i was attach the file. please have a look and kindly provide some excellent solution, easy to maintain for key in format. also, it should not have any passwords pls.

It seems a very vague request. If you can put forth why and what exactly you are making up for this kind of data, may be u cud have people helping you.

Dear Friend,

I have understand what you want. The solution is, select the Data block, then go to conditional format and apply your condition what you require. Every thing is possible in excel but in right way.
