dear friend,
first let it clear that what ISO certificate your company is going for. Whether it is ISO:9001, ISO :14001, OHSAS :18001 or SA : 8000. All these are for different areas & call for different activities in areas of quality, environment, occupational health & safety & socia; accountability.

Dear Friend
At very first you have to make Objectives for the policy which you are going to implement ISO Stranded for.
and there is different code of conduct for each stranded of procedures!
1st make an objectives and call your ISO consultant.

Dear Mr. Satish,
As you said you are going to open new school so one thing I want to clear you that any organisation if want to get ISO certification it is necessary the org./school or any other must be running from last three years. then they can apply for the same.
