According to labour law you are to give EL according chapter VIII of The Factories Act, 1948 & as far as the CL & SL are concerned we are to grant these leaves according to your State Industrial establishment ( National & Festival & Casual & Sick Leaves) Act.For framing leave policy you may go through the leave policy attachments made by number of members on different citehr Forums. While finalizing leave policy for your firm you are to keep in mind these minimum statutory leaves & their procedure of grant of leaves, accumulation etc. Leave policy should not be contrary to the law.
