PF withdraw

HI,

I was working with m/s kinetic motor company ltd. pithampur (M.P) upto feb-2004. currently I am working in Maharashtra.Sevral times I fill up the form for transfer of PF but till date its not transfered. now I want to withdraw my EPF.
How can I do sir?
Pl.tell me the process & mail me the forms required.

Yes You can apply for withdral of PF& Pension amount from your PF account if you completed 2 months waiting period from the date of leaving service Please refer your old PF number also,the dept. will take action to tranfer the past aacumulation at their level and settle the claim- thank you

Hi,

I also have 6 PF account numbers lying with and I am unable to withdraw my PF.
CAn you please help.
