Problems in Relieving
Hi Seniors,
Can you please advise if i have the right to use my leaves towards my notice period. My company says its not possible, Do they have any right to say like this??
My notice period is 2 months and I have 49 leaves pending. Can I leave leave the company after working for 10 - 15 days??
Kindly advise on this.....

dear
it depends upon management.leave is not your right.it is management who decides whether to sanction you leave or not.your management is absolutely right in this respect.
