Re: salary not paid
Hi,

I understand your concert but still i would like to check the following.
1. Did you serve the proper notice period?
2. Did you complete your relieving formalities completely?
3. Do you hold the documents supporting the same?
4. How long you was with the organisation?
5. Did you check with the HR on what time it takes normally for such cases?

Many time employees do not understand the organisation policies If you have missed any of the above then your request is considered as obligation and you cannot demand.

regards

Re: salary not paid
Hi Urvashi,

1. So far as salary of October month is concerned, its your right to get.
2. Point raised by Vijay and Basant is perfect, saince u have not explained the circumstances under which u left your job.
3. let us know when u resigned, whether resignation accepted, NOC obtained, requested for settlement etc etc.

if u have any query u may contact me on my mobile.

Re: salary not paid
Hi,

I understand from your reply that you have not served the notice period and still you have not relieved from organisation. In normal time what is the salary date in the organisation you have resigned from. I believe the problem is not with your resignation and it lies some where else.

I recommend you to go and meet the HR personally and ask for a solution on this. There is no other way as you didnt have any document with you. More over you have not yet mentioned how long you have been with them and under what circumstance you have left the organisation.

lets know the facts so that we can help you if you want to.

regards

Vijay

Re: salary not paid
HI All,

Circumstances may be difficult but it is always advisable to leave with proper notice period and in harmony as this is very SMALL WORLD and how you leave organisation is very important may be more importnat than how you JOIN.

I am sure you going back to them and resolving with open discussion is the RIGHT way!!

All the Best!
