In my opinion you have highlighted all the necessary points on this particular Act.It will be more beneficial to the participants if chapter V on Welfare & Health of Contract Labour especially section 16 to 20 may also be added in this presentation.

Actually the stated issue was briefly covered at the slide no 14.
I did not gave much emphasis as the industry the participants belongs from are operating not from any factory kind of establishment and thus have very negligible significance. Do you have any update regading monthly wage limit for application of the payment of wages act. Earlier it was Rs 1600/-, and so far I recall it was raised to Rs 6500/- per month.
It is a good piece of work. In addition to other observation/ suggestion given by group members, I would like to suggest that in slide 16, other aspect like failure to comply with PF or ESI provisions, liability and role of Principal Employer should also be mentioned. A brief ppt is attached herewith. You can Look at this and pick up the points you feel good for inserting in your ppt.
