I would like you to help me draw up an organogram of my company with staff strength of 30. There has been power tussle between two bosses in my company , i am the first HR personnel, i have made the company policies but left the space of hierarchy cos i don't know how to draw up one.The highest rank is the MD, pls conclude it for me. thanx:confused:

MD, Finance and Admin, Head Business and Strategy(Marketing),HR Officer, Account and admin officer, IT executive, IT officer,Marketing Executive,Marketing Officer,Chief Technical Officer,Technician,System analyst,Front Desk, Driver, Security,Customer Care Relation Officer. These are the existing designation for now.The entry designation is officer, u can include level like supervisor or other designation that you think could fit in. We deal in tracking of car. The bosses with power tussle are the Head Business (marketing and Fin and ADMIN manager.Pls help.

We deal in Tracking of cars. The bosses with power tussle are the Head marketing and the Finance Manager.Pls Help.
