dear Chetan you are not cleared with your mind that you want from this job , your expression in this thread is that you are in love with your boss but not daring to confirm it. your mind says not but heart says yes.
kindly heard from your either heart or mind and set your mind with it and take the decision immediately.
As per your post your boss is in affectionate with you.
If you do not love her then clear your boss about it and its maximum penalty chance is leave this job otherwise she leave you.
If you loves her then make her best friend and carry on this job and get the advantages of your boss.
finally either show that your are professional or show a ordinary man. it is up to you
