My Female boss is harassing me. What to do?

When there is a romance matter, lot of people are jumping into the fray to air their advises/responses including senior members which itself is an unhealthy practice and needs to be curtailed forthwith.

You are the complainant & the judge of your case, from your submission, you are soliciting for more encouragement to continue the affair, because it's ongoing & you are enjoying the rewards of job security & finacial gains from the relationship. This is my advise, do not panic you are only playing a part in her life as she needs someone like you as at now, the situation is temporary, it shall soon fade off as she will discard you as soon as she is fed up with you, do not be too smart as she is smarter & more exprienced, play along and get the best out of the game, you are not the first & definitely not going to be the last. It appears fairly strange because the harrassment from the male folk is higher in % than that of the mail.

It appears like she wants a physical partner not for the life time i suggest u not to marry her because when a women is Harassing a male it means u know very well.

If you want to maintain your freshness no other choice for you, u must quit the job or if u dont accept her then she will fire u from her organisation when she gets partner either permanent or temproary.

So my kind suggession is dont scractch about ur current job, u get good job somewhere.

If u know her as good women u can go ahead for marry only if u r interested.

Dont attempt and dont fall under physical affection all that are 0.5% out of 100% in life.

Concerntrate on ur Professional Life

dear Chetan you are not cleared with your mind that you want from this job , your expression in this thread is that you are in love with your boss but not daring to confirm it. your mind says not but heart says yes.
kindly heard from your either heart or mind and set your mind with it and take the decision immediately.
As per your post your boss is in affectionate with you.
If you do not love her then clear your boss about it and its maximum penalty chance is leave this job otherwise she leave you.
If you loves her then make her best friend and carry on this job and get the advantages of your boss.
finally either show that your are professional or show a ordinary man. it is up to you
