One of our employee is asking for "Salary Certificate" , he wants to submit in the Bank for Vehicle Loan Purpose.I have given here the format.
But my senior suggests me to add a specific sentence which indicates that the company is not resposible for any financial matter between the employee and the Bank ( like Pending installment deduct from salary , or any matter ) and the certificate is given only on the request of the empolyee.

Bhupendra,
Probably what you can do is- start reading small articles in English newspapers. You have to do the reading loudly, at least upto the extent that you can improve on your pronouciations. Also, start referrring oxford pocket dictionary for queries. It really helps. Try maximum speaking in English at your home, friend circle, etc. Even if you mistake, it's fine. Ask them to correct you, so that you can learn faster. At such stage, don't worry about what people would say.
The other tips given by KPK are right.
Try these all and send feedback.
All D Best!
