Dear Friends.
Please review the attendance policy prepared by me and advice me for any changes?
Objective: Employees should be punctual in office timings, delays avoidance in project.

Also please contribute some motivational initiatives from the part of management for ensuring effective working hours

Attendance Policy
  • Regular attendance is essential to the Company’s efficient operation and is a necessary condition of employment. When employees are absent, schedules and Client/customer commitments fall behind, and other employees assume added workloads.
  • Usual Office timing is to PM other than those requested to other timings.
  • Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled and on time. If it is impossible to report for work as scheduled, employees must inform to the office.
  • Company providing a grace period of 15 minutes to reach (till am)
  • If employee is coming after 10:30 AM, then the employee has to apply for half day leave.
  • Leaving Office before 4:00 PM, will be considered as Half day leave.
  • It is expected from every employee, arrive office on time, complete their work and leave at scheduled time.
  • Those who are on time for the whole month and worked whole days except his entitled one sick leave and casual leave can be awarded with one day or half day salary as a motivation.
