Dear Kamran, Read the news paper.... its is the easiest way to improve your communication. You could also get a lot of details from OWL Purdue university online.

Dear Kamran,
I had the similar problem and someone adviced me the following and now I am fluent in English - both written and spoken:
'Take early years story books e.g. hare and the turtle, fox and the crow etc. Read the whole story book once and write the story without looking at the book. Read the story again and try to identify the mistakes you made and re-write the story again. This should go on as many times until you feel that your written document is better than the original one - you would definitely require either electronic or manual dictionary to replace the words for which you find a synonym!
With regards to your spoken English, try reading English Newspaper loudly as if you are talking to someone. Then comment on the news item in front of a mirror - efforts to be made to use as many words as possible that you read / saw in the Newspaper.
This is little tedious but you will be amazed with the results! All the best:)

To develop spoken english.....take a topic, stand in fornt of the mirror and start giving speach on that topic. Practice the same and by few month you will become strong in speaking.

Dear Kamran,
Shahabuddin has given excellent advice. I's practice that makes perfect. You can always write something and seek help from others to correct it for you. For example, in addition to stories read letters to the editor and edtorials in newspapers.
