Hi All
I joined a company in last two months back. When I joined the company they on 04th May 09 they issued me a offer letter, and after all they are not given any Appointment Letter. But due to fight between the Director & me the company turn of me. Now the company is asking my relieving letter.
Without issue the appointment letter, resignation letter is mandatory ? or How I can take the steps in further ?

if the company wants to relieve you, you should not give the resignaton as the company must be owing some money to you for a particular period which as a clause is to be given to the employee in case the company relieves at its end. if there is no such clause, its wise to resign amicably and take your experiece/releiving letter and push off.
all the best

i dont think thare is any such rule or law. still you may try to find out. You are the best judge but still i would advise just take your experience letter and quit as there is no point continuing working in a company with a hostile environment, as you had landed in some trouble with the director.
