non refundable pf loan for purchasing a flat

I am purchasing a flat for rs.13,00,000/- which is being registered for an agreement of rs.10,00,000/-. Under SBI housing loan I am allowed a loan of rs.8,00,000/-. I have to my credit rs.5,50,000/- in my pf account. My salary basic + DA is rs.18,000/- per month. Now, can I withdraw non refundable loan for the difference of rs.5,00,000/- from my pf account? dear
you should have minimum five years of service and you can not withdraw from employer share.
you fill up form and just talk to dealing clerk of PF.they go beyond the law .
