Is the offer letter a valid contract and if a candidate has accepted the offer letter he can challenge the employer in the court on rejection of job to him at later stage by the employer:?:

Dear Lalamian.
It depends in the labour laws based on region where you are being employed. Offer letter is not a valid contract. Its an "OFFER LETTER" with statements clearly mentioned which can be accepted or rejected by the candidate and same time OFFERED and can be WITHDRAWN (Before resuming the duties) by employer in some cases.
