Dear all i need one clarification on bonus payment to resigned employees. we normally declares bonus during diwali for the previous financial year. now in between if employees resigned is it mandatory to pay the bonus along with full & final settlement or we can hold till we declare the bonus. a valuable update with any notification could be highly appreciated thanks pradeepan

Bonus eligibility - not eligible to get bonus as resigned employee?
Good morning all can any one clarify on this issue. the issue is i have worked in my previous organisation from 01.04.2016 to 31.03.2017 and resigned on 30.04.17 after that in my full and final settlement i didn t get my bonus. now the management has declared bonus for that financial year and released the same to on roll employees. for me they are not released bonus and saying that you are not eligible to get bonus as you were resigned employee. so please suggest me whether i am eligible or not?
